Neospin collects personal data to open and manage player accounts, verify identity and age, process payments and meet its licence obligations. This page explains what information is collected, why it is needed and who receives it. Most of this information is provided by the player. Technical and activity data is recorded automatically by the site and the game systems.
Why the Data Is Needed
Each type of data has a specific purpose. Account details and documents confirm that the player is at least 18 and is the owner of the account and its payment methods. Payment data is needed to process deposits and withdrawals and to prevent third-party payments.
Technical data helps detect duplicate accounts, which the terms define by shared address, household, IP address or device. It also protects the account from unauthorised access and supports the anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering checks required under the licence.
