Neospin Bonus Terms and Conditions
Every Neospin bonus has a minimum deposit, a maximum bonus amount, wagering, a maximum bet and a validity period. The general rules below apply to all offers unless the description of a specific bonus states otherwise. Amounts shown with a $ sign on the site are in Australian dollars, and players using another currency receive the equivalent set out in the full Bonus Terms.

The AU$15,000 cap applies to winnings from deposit bonuses, no deposit bonuses, reloads, free spins, cashback, comp points, tournaments, local jackpots and loyalty rewards together, unless an offer states a different limit. Winnings above it are cancelled.
Bonuses are limited to one per person, IP address, device, household, residential address, phone number, payment method and email address. The same applies to shared environments such as universities, libraries and workplaces. Bonuses are not available to players from Sweden, and any player can choose not to receive bonuses at all.
How Bonus Funds Are Used
With an active bonus, bets are taken from the real-money balance first and from bonus funds only after the real money is spent. Winnings made with bonus funds become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement is met.
A bonus is cancelled automatically when its balance, meaning the deposit plus the bonus, falls to AU$0.05 or less. Funds from other deposits on the account are not affected.
A player can cancel a bonus at any time or withdraw their deposit before finishing wagering. In both cases, the bonus funds and the winnings linked to them are void, while the player's own money stays on the account. The same happens when the 14-day validity ends before wagering is complete.
Wagering and Game Contribution
Bets on slots count 100% towards bonus wagering. Table games, live casino, lottery and other games count 5%. The maximum bet applies to every spin or hand, including doubling after a round and feature rounds bought inside a game.
Games Restricted with an Active Bonus

Welcome Package Terms
The welcome package is claimed over four deposits with codes NEO1 to NEO4. Each code is entered before the qualifying deposit, and each stage can be claimed once per player.

The minimum deposit for every stage is AU$30. Wagering is 40 times the bonus received plus free-spin winnings, and the maximum bet while wagering is AU$7.50.
Highroller Bonus with Code NEOVIP
NEOVIP gives 125% up to AU$5,000 on a first deposit of at least AU$1,500. The deposit bonus has 40× wagering, a maximum bet of AU$35 and a winnings cap of AU$6,000.
The offer also includes 10% cashback on net losses from real-money bets in the 7 days after the first deposit. It is credited after those 7 days, carries 3× wagering and is capped at AU$1,500. NEOVIP can be claimed once per player and applies only to losses within that period.
Recurring Offers
Daily Cashback
Cashback of 5–20% is credited on the previous day's losses between 00:00 and 23:59 UTC. It is not paid when the day's actual cash loss is under AU$30, and the total cashback received can never exceed 20% of all the player's losses.
To withdraw winnings from cashback, the amount spent during the day must be wagered at least three times before 23:59 UTC that same day. There is no cap on winnings from cashback funds. Opposite bets in table games, such as red and black on one roulette spin, are prohibited. If the rules are broken or the wagering is not met, Neospin can cancel cashback winnings and recover the cashback amount.
Wednesday Free Spins
The offer is available on Wednesdays from 00:00 to 23:59 UTC, once a week, with one of three codes: WN30 (30 spins, from AU$30), WN60 (60 spins, from AU$40) or WN100 (100 spins, from AU$50). Winnings from the spins carry 30× wagering, and the maximum bet is AU$10.
Weekend Reload
Code 66NEO gives 66% up to AU$1,000 from Friday 00:00 to Sunday 23:59, once a week, for players with at least one previous deposit. The minimum deposit is AU$60, wagering is 40× the bonus, the maximum bet is AU$10 and winnings are capped at AU$3,300.
Reload bonuses are meant for regular players. If reloads are claimed repeatedly with no deposits or bets without a bonus in between, Neospin can treat this as abuse and restrict access to bonuses.
Bonus Cancellation Offer
This offer is linked to a withdrawal request of at least AU$300. The player selects the withdrawal amount and method, chooses a percentage, and receives a bonus of 100% of that amount on the bonus balance, up to AU$1,500.
The bonus carries 40× wagering, and the maximum withdrawal from it is AU$1,500. Only slots count towards this offer's wagering: table games, live casino, lottery and other games count 0%.
Loyalty Rewards

Bonus Abuse
Neospin treats the following as bonus abuse:
- Receiving bonus funds worth 70% of deposits across 5–9 deposits, or 50% across 10 or more deposits

- Betting the maximum on high-variance games to inflate wagering, then lowering stakes or switching to low-variance games after a large win
