Cancellation
Policy:
All cancelled on-line bookings will incur a 20% cancellation penalty. In
the event that we are unable to replace a cancelled reservation, the following
applies: 25% of the total cost will be charged if a booking is cancelled within
30 days prior to arrival. Should cancellation be made within 7 days of arrival
there will be a 100% surcharge for the room nights cancelled. We strongly advise
guests to take out travel insurance to protect themselves against unexpected changes
to their travel plans.
Children Policy:
Our guests come to relax in the peace and tranquillity that Earthsong Lodge provides. Therefore we regret that Earthsong Lodge cannot accommodate children under the age of thirteen years. An exception to this condition is made when one group books the exclusive use of the Lodge.
Non-Smoking
Policy:
The
well-being and comfort of all our guests at Earthsong Lodge is important to us,
therefore we have a non-smoking policy that applies within the Lodge.
